THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS!!! IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO NOT GET YOUR PUP ie: CHANGE YOUR MIND, NO PUP OF YOUR CHOSEN SEX IS PRODUCED, OR THE PUP SHOULD DIE BEFORE RECEIPT YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A REPLACEMENT PUP OF EQUAL VALUE AS DETERMINED BY THE BREEDER. THIS MAY TAKE AS LONG AS A YEAR AS WE DO NOT ABUSE OUR GIRLS AND BREED THEM BACK TO BACK. ALSO KEEP IN MIND PRICES FLUCTUATE WITH THE ECONOMY, SO A PUP SOLD FOR $2500 THIS YEAR COULD SELL FOR $3500 NEXT YEAR, IN OTHER WORDS PRICING MAY NOT DETERMINE VALUE.
We only accept the following forms of payment. Cash (if picked up in person). WALMART Moneygram, Green Dot, and PAYPAL. If paying by PAYPAL please add a 3.5% handling fee to your total. Full Payment must be received by the pups sixth week of age. Pups not paid for in full by then will be put back up for sale and the deposit will be forfeited. (UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED) If the pup is older than six weeks at the time of purchase, payment must be made in full. (UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED). Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. The minimum deposit is $500.
Shipping fee is $400 if the pup is to be flown within the continental USA and is under 20 pounds. Please understand that this price is subject to change if the airlines or ground shippers have raised their prices AGAIN or added additional fees; those costs will be added onto the shipping fees. We have no control over this and try to keep your costs down as much as possible. If we deliver the pup or meet you to deliver the pup, there will be a delivery fee of $150 plus our gas cost. This covers the travel crate, blanket, toy, health certificate, and any other incidentals. The gas fee will be determined according to the distance we travel and current price of fuel. We will drive up to 4 hours in distance to meet you. If you pick the pup up in person there will be a delivery fee of $150. From time to time I may allow other breeders or friends to advertise their dogs on our site. I may also advertise pet quality rescue pups. They will be offered on separate pages. We DO NOT take any responsibility for these animals, they are sold as is and under no guarantee from us, we are not responsible for health issues, quality, papers if any, etc. on any of these dogs.
PLEASE GO TO THE CONTRACT PAGE. YOU CAN PRINT THAT DOCUMENT AND SCAN AND E-MAIL IT OR MAIL IT IN AFTER YOU HAVE READ AND SIGNED IT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE ENFORCED. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE CONTRACT WITH YOUR SIGNATURE WITHIN 72 HOURS YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE PUPPY WILL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE.
